What is the difference between member and non-member purchases?

Members : In addition to saving basic information like recipient names, contact numbers, and delivery addresses, we offer extra discounts based on member tiers. We also distribute limited-time promo codes exclusively for members from time to time, offering better value for money.
Non-members : You must fill in the delivery address and other details for every transaction, and you cannot enjoy extra discount prices on products.

How to make a purchase?

Add the correct product model to your shopping cart, click [Checkout], follow the instructions to fill in your delivery address and other details, then click [Submit Order].
If using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, AE), you can fill in the details instantly on the same order page. It is fast, convenient, and secure.

Is there a surcharge for credit card payments?

Can we trade face-to-face (meet-up) or pick up products at your company?

As our prices are very low and margins are extremely slim, we aim to minimize operating costs to maintain these low prices. Due to limited manpower and time, face-to-face trade or self-pickup by buyers is not available for all products.

Are there any physical stores we can visit to purchase?

GadgetSuper mainly operates online to save on high rental costs for retail storefronts. Therefore, the retail price for the same product can be set lower, saving buyers unnecessary expenses.

SF Express Self-pickup service: You can select a pickup location by district under [Delivery Method]

SF Express Door-to-Door Delivery fee HK$30: All residential and commercial/industrial addresses, hospitals, and university/school offices and dormitories in Hong Kong

Do you ship to Macau and Taiwan?

Shipping options for Macau and Taiwan include SF Express Door-to-Door Delivery or Convenience Store pickup
No matter how many items you order, you only need to pay the shipping fee once for easy calculation

Taiwan shipping fee HK$50 (approx. NT$180)
Taiwanese customers can only purchase "Non-battery items". The import tax exemption limit per shipment is NT$2000 (approx. HK$500/US$65)
